Eva Longoria, 40, recently reunited with the 36-year-old actor, her former Desperate Housewives co-star. The two were photographed together on Saturday at LG's Fam-to-Table Series: ProBake Edition charity event, which the actress hosted in Los Angeles.
Longoria played housewife Gabrielle Solis on the ABC show, which ended in 2012 after eight seasons. Metcalfe (aka John...Tucker), made his debut in season 1 as her character's family gardener, teenager John Rowland, with whom she has a steamy extra-marital affair.
"Look who I ran into today!" Longoria wrote on Instagram, alongside a pic of the two. "My favorite gardner!!!! #DesperateHousewives #OneOfMyFavPeople."
Metcalfe arrived with his girlfriend, actress Cara Santana, 31.
Longoria attended wearing a gorgeous, semi-sheer, white, over-the-knee shift dress.
The event helped benefit the No Kid Hungry campaign and included cooking activities, games and culinary demonstrations, including some featuring recipes from Longoria's cookbook, Eva's Kitchen: Cooking with Love for Family and Friends. Executive chef Angel Estrada from the Los Angeles restaurant Beso, which the actress co-owns, helped prepare the food.
"One of my greatest passions is being able to cook with those I love and create warm memories together over food," Longoria said. "I come from a tight-knit family where we value the importance of gathering for meals and celebrations, and I'm thrilled to join LG to encourage families to do the same, all while benefitting such a fantastic cause."
Other celebrity attendees included Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting and husband Ryan Sweeting as well as married couple Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott, who brought their four children.
