So dedicated, in fact, that the nearly six-months pregnant E! reality star squeezed in a sweat session with her siblings while on vacation in St. Barts Tuesday. During their beachside workout, the 34-year-old mom-to-be was photographed flashing her baby bump when she lifted her top to cool off. Khloé Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian joined Kim for the group exercise, and all three wore black.
Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner, meanwhile, didn't participate.
Later that night, Kim shared a photo of a woman swimming on Instagram, writing, "Mermaids are real." The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star's declaration made more sense when she shared a pic of her daughter, North West, 2, and her niece, Penelope Disick, 3, dressed as "little mermaids" and chatting with the mermaid.
For a time, Kim admitted she "secretly loved the rumors I was faking my pregnancy" because she looked "so skinny." When people started to actually believe the rumors, though, she silenced her haters with a naked selfie. "First they say I'm too skinny so I have to be faking it...Now they say I'm too big so I have to be faking it...SMH! Some days I'm photographed before I eat & look smaller, some days I've just eaten & I look bigger. It's all a part of the process," Kim wrote on Instagram last week. "I think you all know me well enough to know I would document the process if I got a surrogate. Everyone's body is different, every pregnancy is very different! I've learned to love my body at every stage! I'm going to get even bigger & that's beautiful too! I'm blessed to even be pregnant & even luckier to not have preeclampsia as far as I know, so I don't have the swelling issue this time! They also say your body carries a boy different than a girl!"

Kim and husband Kanye West will welcome baby No. 2 in December.
