Calista Flockhart is just now speaking out about Harrison Ford's plane crash.

During a press event at the 2015 Summer TCA tour in Beverly Hills, the actress admitted that her husband's near-fatal accident was "a really hard, scary time for our family."

"I think it just makes you realize, once again, that life can turn on a dime. We just have to appreciate every second we're here, because you never know."

And when asked by a reporter how the veteran actor is doing these days, she shared that "he's doing really well."

Flockhart also shared that despite his near-death experience, Ford has no plans to ground his love for flying any time soon.

"You know, he loves it, so I love it and I support him 100% in that," she told the room. "[But] I don't fly, I'm the passenger in the plane."

In early March, Ford was injured after his single-engine plane crashed on the grounds of the Penmar Golf Course, located near Santa Monica Airport.

Ford was transported to a local hospital, initially in critical condition.

The Indiana Jones and Stars Wars action hero reportedly suffered a broken ankle and underwent surgery for a broken pelvis shortly after the March 5 crash.

Shockingly—or not-so-shockingly, as the case may be—Ford was spotted up in the air piloting yet another plane less than three months after his accident.
