The E! star turns 18 today but the celebrating really kicked into gear (make that dual-clutch seven gears) last night when, during her party at Bootsy Bellows in West Hollywood, the young lady was presented with a 458 Italia Spider, which with all the bells and whistles can cost about $295,000, from her dear pal Tyga.
All tied up with a bow and everything.
But while that present is eyebrow-raise-worthy in most circles, even for such a milestone as turning, er, 18, massive celebratory expenditures are standard operating procedure for the sprawling Kardashian-Jenner crew and their nearest and dearest who turn out for such occasions.

The video Kanye made of North adding the finishing touches for Mom's 34th birthday. Too sweet. And Kanye took Kim to Hawaii for a romantic b-day getaway last year too.
