The 45-year-old singer was spotted on Friday in Beverly Hills, Calif., where the mother of three appeared to be running a few errands.
Wearing a trendy pair of boyfriend jeans, high-heeled fringe sandals, a red flannel shirt and a denim chambray tied around her waist, the No Doubt beauty was photographed returning to her vehicle and appeared to still be sporting her wedding ring.
This is the first time Stefani has been seen in public since filing for divorce from Gavin Rossdale, her husband of 13 years. According to court docs, she cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split and is asking for joint custody of their three children, 9-year-old Kingston, 6-year-old Zuma and 1-year-old Apollo. She also checked the box to terminate Gavin's ability for spousal support.
Likewise, Rossdale filed his response at the same time and asked for joint custody.
"While the two of us have come to the mutual decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment," the couple said in a statement on Monday. "To that end, we respectfully request privacy from the media during this time."
Meanwhile, the 40-year-old musician was also spotted for the first time this week since news of the split. The Bush frontman was photographed in Los Angeles on Monday (the same day of the divorce filing) shopping with a friend and walking his dog.
