Looks like George H.W. Bush is going to be a great-grandfather...again!

That's because Lauren Bush Lauren, granddaughter of the 41st president and niece of 43rd president George W. Bush, is pregnant! The 31-year-old designer and hubby David Lauren, son of designer Ralph Lauren, shared their exciting news by posting a #babymoon pic to Instagram Sunday, writing, "We feel blessed and excited to welcome our little one to the world this November!"

Lauren's future little one is in luck, too, because he or she will have some close-in-age playmates built in within the family! Jenna Bush Hager, Lauren's cousin, has a 2-year-old daughter named Mila; the Today correspondent and hubby Henry Hager are also expecting another little girl in August.

And although Lauren is going to be the newbie on the parenting block, she's cared about kids for a long time! It was actually her experiences with underprivileged children that inspired her to co-found FEED Projects, an accessories company providing food for starving kids around the world.

"It kind of really broke my heart as I learned more about the issue, and then traveling when I was a sophomore in college with the World Food Program, I saw so many innocent lives, especially children, who were literally robbed of their potential because they're not given the food and nutrition that they need to get by," she told Elle in an interview published earlier this year. "And as a result, when young kids aren't given that proper nutrition, their minds are stunted; they're physically stunted. Truly, their start in life is one that is debilitating to them. And again, I certainly didn't grow up ever having to worry about where my next meal was coming from. The fact that so many people, even in our own country, worry about something so basic, it's something I really wanted to help do something about."
