OK, Amy Schumer gets it, you want her to be the next Bachelorette.
"I think everyone wants to see that happen because they know it would be completely ridiculous," the actress, who was just nominated for an Emmy, told E! News at the premiere of her hilarious new film Trainwreck. "I would get in so much trouble on that show."
Why? Well, because she'd be totally honest about what went down in the Fantasy Suites, hilariously improving what she'd say in the clip above. Um, we highly suggest listening with headphones if you're at work or in a public place.
After her NFSW-explanation, Schumer added, "I would end the franchise and not in a good way."
Agree to disagree on that one, Schumer!
But we're not the only ones who would love to see Schumer hand out roses after Kaitlyn Bristowe's reign as the Bachelorette ends, with Judd Apatow, the director of Trainwreck, telling E! News he thinks the Emmy-nominated Inside Amy Schumer star should totally do it "for my own amusement only."
The campaign for Schumer, who is a huge fan of the show, to become the Bachelorette began after she appeared in an episode earlier this season, during which she hilariously called one contestant "a turd." Soon after, ABC's Robert Mills said he wanted Schumer to do it, even tweeting her an "official offer."
And for fun, we asked Schumer what it would take for her actually become the next Bachelorette...
