The Lord has returned to Instagram. Kind of.

Scott Disick is showing his face on the social network again, more than a week after he and longtime partner Kourtney Kardashian split after about nine years together. Disick, 32, on Tuesday shared a photo of himself promoting Fit Tea. However, there's a twist—E! News has learned that the picture was actually taken this past spring.

A source said that Disick was likely paid and estimated $25,000 for the endorsement. The company has not commented. Its Instagram page featured the same photo, with the caption, "Fit Tea Blessed by the lord."

Glamour model Amber Rose had promoted the same product on her own page, with a racy photo, over the weekend.

Also on Tuesday, he posted a photo of a plate of noodles to promote the Wine'n Dine app.

Kardashian, 36, and Disick had ended their relationship over the Fourth of July holiday after he photographed in Monte Carlo looking cozy with an ex-girlfriend. Neither he nor Kardashian has commented about the split. The two share three children—Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, who is 7 months old.

Disick had just before the split shared two pics of himself, including one in which he promotes Bright White Smile products, which was reposted by the company, and another showing him standing in front of a black car with a sign on the window that reads, "Lord."

We love watching @letthelordbewithyou use his BrightWhite Smile products before the shooting of his show!

Disick, who has been away from his and Kardashian's kids for weeks, took to Instagram on July 8 to post a sweet tribute to Penelope after missing the little girl's third birthday, held at Disneyland, where she celebrated with the Kardashian family.

This past weekend, he also shared a photo of a master bedroom from an outdated real estate listing of a $32.8 million Hollywood Hills home, in which he references a "dream bedroom."
