Guess it's official!

Idria Elba has confirmed reports that he's starring in the upcoming Star Trek Beyond movie by appearing in a charity video with Star Trek co-stars Chris Pine, Zoe Saldana, Zachary Quinto, Simon Pegg, Karl Urban, Anton Yelchin and John Cho.

The video tells fans about a new charity initiative that will benefit organizations like Make s Wish, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Kids Can, Direct Relief and more.

"We're offering one lucky fan and a friend the chance to win a walk-on role in the next Star Trek," the cast says in the clip. "It's all part of Star Trek: To Boldly Go, a new philanthropic initiative in partnership with Omaze."

Towards the end of the video, Elba joins his new co-stars and says, "But the best part is that your contribution will support all nine remarkable causes."

"Idris, glad you could join us," Pine adds.

Then the whole cast breaks out in a dance party and Elba shows off his breakdancing skills. Watch for yourself!

As for the upcoming third installment of the franchise, the new Star Trek title was revealed just a few weeks ago. And last month, Saldana and Quinto shared pics of themselves on set right after filming started. Saldana shared a photo of herself in a makeup chair while Quinto teased fans with a pic of himself back in his Spock costume complete with his angular haircut. "Trailer time #StarTrek," Saldana wrote.
