Former Real Housewife of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards, who has long been struggling with alcohol abuse, is 38 days sober.
Ex-husband Monty Brinson Instagrammed a shot of himself and his ex-wife sharing a passionate kiss, along with a touching tribute the recovering addict.
Monty writes, "All I can say is I'm so proud of Kim and can't wait till the premier of your movie this month and for the world to see how beautiful and great you are doing and committed you are for yourself in finding the happiness you deserve and staying on track with your life. I wish I could tell everyone all the things that you have lined up in your life to fulfill your happiness inside. Everyone loves a comeback and you will be seen in a positive light."
Richards was charged with public intoxication, trespassing, resisting an officer and battery on a police officer after an incident at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
She will not be reprising her role on the show and is instead focusing on recovery.
Kim opened up about this trying period in her life with Dr. Phil, revealing her side of the story. Her ex-husband stands by her and is hoping for the best.
