Those close to Scott Disick are concerned right now, understandably.

A family source tells E! News that friends of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star are urging him to seek treatment after he entered—and subsequently left just hours later—a rehabilitation facility in Florida earlier this week.

"It's safe to say that everyone is upset with Scott, including Scott himself," the source explained of the ongoing situation.

The 32-year-old has been on the East Coast ever since images of his recent trip to the South of France showed him partying and getting close with an L.A. stylist, Chloe Bartoli.

The PDA-filled photos was said to be a catalyst in Kourtney Kardashian's decision to end her 9-year relationship with the father of her three children, Mason, Penelope and Reign.

E! News exclusively reported the split on Monday after an insider told us, "Kourtney has always taken Scott back and been by his side, but now with three kids it has gotten old. Kourtney has to do what's best for the kids."

"Scott has been running around saying he's single," added the source. "Kourtney dumped him after she saw the pics [in Monte Carlo] and he hasn't been home after a month-long party binge."

Last year, on Kourtney & Khloé Take the Hamptons, Disick entered a Connecticut facility following a night of hard partying that left him scared for his own life. Although he also cut his rehab stay short at the time, he said that the experience made him "realize how much is at stake."

He then sought treatment again in March 2015, checking in to a rehab facility in Costa Rica where he was "working on his issues," according to a source. Disick returned to California within few weeks, but insiders claimed that he was expected "to return [to rehab] some time soon as part of his ongoing therapy."

Us Weekly first reported Disick's brief rehab visit.
