A report that Brooke Mueller was rushed to the hospital today after a drug overdose is not true, according to her camp.

"It is confirmed there were no illegal drugs in Brooke's system, and she is at home right now with her kids," attorney Allie Gordon Weinstein exclusively tells E! News. "Brooke did not overdose."

An ambulance was indeed called to Mueller's Tarzana residence at 11:42 a.m., after which Charlie Sheen's ex-wife, who logged time in rehab as recently as May, was taken to a nearby emergency room. But, Mueller's rep says, the situation was not a dire one.

"An assistant thought Brooke was non-responsive while she was napping and hastily called an ambulance," rep Steve Honig said in a statement. "As a precaution, Brooke was brought to a local hospital and discharged after an hour. She was diagnosed with exhaustion and dehydration and is now fine and resting at home. That's it."

Weinstein adds that she spoke to Mueller and the mother of two is fine and her twin boys are doing great.

A rep for jeweler Pascal Mouawad, who was seen having dinner last night with Mueller at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills, tells us that she looked "very happy" and that he spoke to her this morning and she "seemed fine."

"She's been in a good place," adds another friend who has spent time with Mueller recently. "She hasn't seemed depressed or low at all. She's excited about the future, spending time with her children and just wants to get on with her life peacefully."

A rep for Sheen had no comment.
