Lamar Odom

No Kris Humphries face-off for Lamar Odom tonight.

The Dallas Mavericks forward will miss at least two more games, according to Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle, who told reporters that Odom is going through "a tough situation."

"We're very supportive as a franchise and we'll let you know Thursday where we are," he added.

Where they are not, however, is in the middle of a team dispute, according to Mavericks owner Mark Cuban.

After Odom didn't turn up for practice yesterday, ESPN reported that Odom—a 13-year NBA pro who considered retirement during the off-season—was rumored to be unhappy in Dallas and was seeking a buyout from the team.

Cuban squashed those rumors ASAP, saying, "It hasn't been discussed and we wouldn't do it. We think Lamar has been a huge plus for us...Sometimes guys go through issues and have to deal with them. We always try to support our guys."

Khloé Kardashian Odom's camp has not commented on her hubby's extended absence, which began last Wednesday when Odom skipped the Mavericks' game against the Lakers and flew to L.A. to be with his dad, Joe, who had fallen ill.

The Mavs are playing Humphries' New Jersey Nets tonight at American Airlines Center, which could have been an interesting reunion for fans who put the E! in ESPN.

Khloé & Lamar airs Sundays at 10 p.m. on E!
