Apparently, Michelle Williams likes to have fun in cemeteries.

OK, maybe not exactly...

The Oscar nominee stars in a new series of ads for Boy. by Band of Outsiders, the fantastical fun and cool collection worn by celebs including Kristen Stewart, Kirsten Dunst, Demi Lovato, Zooey Deschanel and Leslie Mann.

The new pics show Williams posing (in some pretty fabulous clothes) at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery.

In a couple of shots, the pixie-haired beauty plays with a Magic 8 Ball. In some others, she appears to be rummaging through files and skimming books and binders.

Other playful images include her wearing a cute black straw hat while sitting in a vintage black car. She puts on a scared face while peeking out of a room with a plaque on the door reading, "Meeting in Progress."

And it wouldn't be a burial-place photo shoot without at least one pic of Williams laying on the ground with her eyes closed and her arms crossed over her chest. Thankfully, the sweet smile on her face keeps it from being too spooky.

My favorite shot? One in which she's holding onto a shovel, pretending to dig into the grave of Alfred Hitchcock.

We have a feeling the late director would approve of such spooky yet playful shenanigans.
