The 26-year-old Day 'n' Night rapper was arrested Friday in New York on charges of criminal mischief and possession of a controlled substance. The arrest was made after authorities responded to a disturbance at a private residence allegedly involving Cudi and an unidentified woman.
While details on the incident are scarce, this isn't Cudi's first brush with the law...
Just last year, the How to Make it in America star was accused of punching a fan during a concert.
Despite his Friday night arrest, Cudi managed to make it to a scheduled performance at the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival in Tennessee early Saturday.
"I really wanted to be here tonight," Cudi said after taking the stage.
Yeah, sure beats a police lockup.
