Russell Brand and Katy Perry Make Sweet Music, Not Movies, Together

Comedian jokes to Ryan Seacrest that fiancée's "atrocious" acting got her scene cut from Get Him to the Greek

Not that we really need another example of real-life chemistry not exactly translating on the big screen, but Russell Brand and Katy Perry are providing us with one nevertheless.

Perry, you see, shot a scene playing herself in her fiancé's out-today flick, Get Him to the Greek, but her thespian prowess didn't quite make the final cut. Why not? We'll let Brand explain:

"Yeah, we cut it out because her acting was so atrocious that it ruined the film," he jokingly told Ryan Seacrest on his morning radio show.

"It ruined it, it just made the film boring and rubbish."

Two things we're quite positive their relationship will never be, with senses of humor like that.
