Superstar American Idol alum Chris Daughtry is sharing some happy news with fans: he and wife Deanna are expecting twins.
The news is especially sweet considering Deanna had a partial hysterectomy in 2006. The babies, due in November, were conceived via in vitro fertilization and are being carried by a surrogate.
"Deanna and I are overjoyed about this double blessing," Chris, 30, said on his website. "Thank you for your expressions of love and support and for respecting our privacy during this special time."
The couple have two children, daughter Hannah, 13, and son Griffin, 11, both from Deanna's previous marriage.
