UPDATE: A judge signed off on an order in July absolving convicted stalker Michael David Barrett of responsibility for ESPN's legal fees and other costs pertaining to the Erin Andrews case.

ESPN is taking Erin Andrews' stalker case into overtime.

The network has sued Michael David Barrett in Los Angeles federal court for $327,442.27 in legal fees, travel expenses and security costs, reimbursement for the dough it shelled out on behalf of its victimized reporter.

A hearing is scheduled for June 7.

Barrett pleaded guilty in December to surreptitiously taping a scantily clad Andrews in hotel rooms while she was traveling for work. He's currently serving a 30-month federal prison sentence for interstate stalking.

Andrews, who was voted America's Sexiest Sportscaster two years in a row by Playboy, is currently steaming up the floor on Dancing With the Stars.
