I miss my Battlestar Galactica!!!! Are there any plans for a movie? I want some Lee Adama right now!

I suppose the machinations of Caprica are failing to intrigue, given the distinct lack of Lee Adama? The news is good and bad...

...Bryan Singer, the director behind X-Men and Superman Returns, is reportedly attached to a film adaptation of Battlestar Galactica, with a tentative release date of 2011.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the original series creator Glen Larson would participate in the project—but it will have nothing to do with the SyFy series that brought you Lee Adama, plus a cigar-chomping blond tomboy Starbuck.
