If you thought Marissa Jaret Winokur was bubbly and cheerful before...

The Tony Award-winning actress and her sitcom-writer hubby, Judah Miller, welcomed a son Tuesday, their first child together, E! News confirmed today.

Zev Isaac Miller, who was carried by a surrogate mother, weighed 8 pounds, 7 ounces and measured 21 inches long.

"He is so perfect. My little miracle baby is here, and I can't believe it," Winokur, 35, a cervical cancer survivor who was diagnosed in 2000 when she was rehearsing for her breakthrough role as Tracy Turnblad in Hairspray, told People, which first reported the birth.

She and Hill, who found out last week that he had been nominated for his first Emmy for his work on King of the Hill (which is up for Best Animated Series), swapped vows in October 2006. Winokur announced that they were expecting in March, while she was working her way into fourth place on Dancing With the Stars.
