As he told E!'s Giuliana Rancic last night, Carrie's best gay friend plans to adopt a child in real life, and we can only imagine the wonderful advice, not to mention the fabulous outfits, the child will receive from the erstwhile Stanford Blatch.
And seriously, judging from the serious way Garson discussed his decision to adopt, he sounds like he's on his way to becoming a great father.
