Robin Williams and his wife are vowing to keep it clean, for the kids' sake.

The estranged couple have outlined their goals and inked an agreement to remain respectful of each other in the courtroom during their ongoing divorce proceedings, per court documents filed in San Francisco Superior Court.

Marsha Garces Williams, the Oscar winner's former nanny when he was with wife No. 1, filed for divorce in March after nearly 19 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. They have two children together.

"We will strive to be honest, cooperative and respectful as we work in this process to achieve the future well-being of our families," the agreement states. "We commit ourselves to the collaborative law process and agree to seek a positive way to resolve our differences justly and equitably."

No word on whether Williams has agreed to forgo the use of funny voices in court, as well, for the adults' sake.
