"Take Me Out to the Ballgame" probably won't make the track list, but Mindy McCready, with requisite personal drama in tow, is now ensconced in the studio to record new material.

She's stockpiled enough twangy tribulations to warrant a double album.

The country star is fresh off her disclosure that she did, in fact, have a decade-long affair with New York Yankees pitcher Roger Clemens back when she was just 15 years old.

"The first day was really difficult for her," manager John Dotson told the Associated Press. "She really has caught her breath."

As for what may have made her lose it in the first place, Dotson said: "This is Roger's situation to deal with and we've come back to work. We didn't go looking for this. They called us. We have a record to make and are in the middle of negotiating a deal on a reality show."

We're guessing it's not with ESPN.
