Snoochie boochies! Check out this epic mini reunion. And as far as we know, no Easter Bunnies were harmed in the process.

More than a week after Kevin Smith confirmed he is making a sequel to his 1995 film Mallrats, the director and screenwriter reunited with best bud Jason Mewes and two other stars who appeared in the original cult comedy for a side project.

The two frequent co-stars, who play Jay and "hetero life mate" Silent Bob in the movie and in five other hit big-screen films, star with Michael Rooker, 59, and yes, the man himself, Marvel superhero creator Stan Lee, 92, for an Audi commercial.

"We goin' back to the MALL, ya'll! Stan Lee, Jay and Silent Bob and Michael Rooker are making a number 2," Smith, 44, said on his Facebook page on Friday, alongside a photo of the four making peace / victory signs. "Talking about in this picture, not the movie. I'm aiming for the movie to be good. (This pic was taken yesterday, as all four of us gathered to shoot a really adorable Stan-centric spot for Audi that you'll see online as we get closer to the release of Marvel's Avengers: Age of Ultron.)"

The original movie centered around teens Brodie (Jason Lee) and T.S. (Jeremy London), who complain about their girlfriend problems while hanging out at a shopping mall. Hijinks, as expected, ensue after they encounter Jay and Silent Bob.

Before he was doing a lot of this on The Walking Dead as Daryl Dixon's menacing brother Merle Dixon...

Rooker played the overprotective, hot-tempered father of T.S.'s ex, Brandi. Brodie thoroughly enjoys messing with him.

Meanwhile, Brodie, a big comic book fan, receives dating advice from Stan, who often makes cameos in movies.

Rooker, also known for his role as Yondu Udonta in Guardians of the Galaxy, also posted on his Instagram page a similar photo of himself with Smith, Mewes and Stan at the commercial shoot.

"MR2........coming soon, S--tYes!!!" he said.

He also shared a pic of himself and the Marvel legend, saying, "My pal Stan."

A day before, on his Facebook page, Rooker posted a picture of himself with Smith, Stan plus Tara Reid, 39, Lou Ferrigno, 63, Mewes, 40, and the actor's wife Jordan, who is more than eight months pregnant with their first child.

Reid also posted a photo of herself with Stan on her own Instagram page, saying, "It was great working with Stan Lee today! Had so much fun shooting with you."

Smith is a huge comic book fan and stars in the AMC show Comic Book Men. Stan has worked with him before. He has appeared on the director's TV show and also portrayed himself in Jay and Silent Bob's Super Groovy Cartoon Movie in 2013,

Smith confirmed he was working on a Mallrats sequel in a March 13 interview on the radio show Rock102 Mornings with Shmonty & Carolina.

"It's half a script right now and we're pulling our loot together," he said. "I mean we've got up until the beginning of 2016...by the time we get to May 2016, we're gonna be shooting."

"It kind of came out of nowhere. lately I've been doing this thing, where I'm like, 'Do you want to do what's good for your career or do you just wanna have fun?'" he added. "No one is clamoring for a Mallrats sequel but I would love to make one. It's been like 20 years. And I have a cool idea and a bunch of investors who are like, 'Do it!' so here we are, man, kinda neat. Hopefully it'll be fun and not an utter disaster."

He is also working on a second sequel to another one of his cult films, the 1994 comedy Clerks, which marked his big screen acting, directorial and writing debut. Clerks III is set for release in the summer of 2016.
