The Grid could sometimes be grueling.

Garrett Hedlund found himself being yanked, pushed, dropped and suspended in harnesses for "hours and hours and hours" while making Tron: Legacy.

But in this exclusive look at behind-the-scenes footage appearing on the film's Blu-ray/DVD release (April 5), you never once hear the actor complain and he actually calls the whole experience "very exciting." Of course, even if he had wanted to whine, he most likely would have gotten an earful from a certain someone.

"Jeff Bridges just loves to tell us about how it was a long, arduous journey filming the first Tron, having to walk around in those suits, at that time, and how uncomfortable they were," says Hedlund.

And, in a way, you'll be able to see what Bridges meant, since the original flick is being re-released on Blu-ray and DVD at the same time as the sequel. Yep. A great day for geeks indeed!
