Nikki Bella is on the mend!

Following her neck surgery last Wednesday, the Total Divas star shared a cute glimpse at her road to recovery by posting an adorable photo with her puppy, Winston, on Instagram.

"Always looking after Mommy #babywinston," the brunette beauty captioned the sweet snap with her little pooch.

In fact, the 32-year-old pro wrestler has been quite candid about her recovery journey after the bone fusion procedure.

"Surgery was a success!" she wrote alongside a photo of her in the hospital giving a thumbs up. "Dr. Uribe is a miracle Doctor! Already feeling more like me today. Thank you all for your love and support! Your prayers were definitely heard! #stayfearless #fearlessnikki."

Nikki revealed exclusively to E! News last week that she will have to stay at home and recuperate in a neck brace for three months with no travel.

"I can barely be in the car because of the spot where my injury is," she said. "I have to try as much as I can not to move my neck, so it can heal."

But, despite her current limitations, the eager athlete is already itching to get back into the gym.

"Feeling better every day!" she captioned another Instagram shot lying in bed. "Can't wait till I can do arm weights and squats with no bar or weights! I won't let this injury get me lazy or out of shape! If anything I'm going to be in the best shape of my life!! Just call me Superwoman."

Get it, girl!

While the Bella Army is keeping their fingers crossed, it's still unclear if Nikki will be able compete in WWE again. However, she is extremely optimistic about her comeback, even though she will have to retire her signature move, the "Rack Attack."

"I've been told by doctors to never do that again," she explained. "The girls in the future better watch out for my killer forearm because I might not be hitting them with the 'Rack Attack,' but I'll definitely be hitting them with that forearm."
