You've read about it in the news; but do you know the real story behind Khloé Kardashian Odom and Lamar Odom's recent troubles?

On this week's episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Khloé took a series of frantic calls from Lamar, in which he seemingly didn't trust that she was at Kris Jenner's house with Kylie Jenner. Both sisters seemed confused over the exchange, but Khloé hinted that it wasn't anything new.

"I think there are a lot of emotional issues with Lamar," Khloé said. "I want to help or cater to Lamar, but there's only so much a person can take."

"Lamar is a very depressed person," she explained. "I do love Lamar with every ounce of who I am, but it's very scary when someone is in such a deep low."

But for all her troubles, Khloé seemed unlikely to turn to the family for help, at least not right away. "I'm not the type of person who, I guess, likes to bore people with my personal problems," she said. "There are some things that not everybody knows, and me and Lamar are the only ones that do need to know that."

In fact, the strong and independent Khloé might not have brought it up at all, were it not for Kim Kardashian and the rest of the family pushing her to keep seeking fertility treatments. In the episode, Kim even got Khloé to meet with an adoption lawyer to consider her options.

The good news is this: Khloé's most recent fertility tests were encouraging. "You could be fine carrying a pregnancy," her doctor told her.

We've all seen how good Khloé is with Mason Disick, so we're sure she would be an amazing mother. But Bruce Jenner thinks she has a lot to learn about raising a puppy! Bruce took it upon himself to give Khloé's dog Bernard some much-needed training, behind Khloé's back.

Kris found herself betrayed by a family member as well, as her Vespa-themed family day was thwarted by Scott Disick. Kris wanted to get the family together to ride their scooters, which she bought for everyone at Christmas, around the neighborhood...but Scott had sold his!

Luckily, Scott knows just how to apologize to Kris. All he had to do was tell her he was sorry...while handing her a large glass of wine!

Don't miss out! Tune in next Sunday at 9/8c for another all-new episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, only on E!
