Oprah Winfrey's Ultimate Australian Adventure has taken off. Winfrey treated 300 of her devoted fans to a trip to Sydney for an eight-day adventure. She's arranged for a full schedule for the lucky bunch...from enjoying surfing lessons and snorkeling to taking nice long hikes. I know everybody thinks that Oprah and I are twins, but this is the one area in which we are different. If I were going to treat my fans to a trip, it would involve lying on the beach, drinking and taking nice long naps. Apparently Oprah is joining the group, but she will be arriving separately via private jet. The other much anticipated guest who turned out to be a no-show was John Travolta, who was actually supposed to pilot the plane that the guests would arrive on, which explains why Oprah was flying separately. In an interesting twist, Travolta's new son, Benjamin, was just born, so he had to pull out. If he'd done that in the first place, he'd be in Australia right now.
