After September 11, this flick was in big trouble, being that this mad-capped comedy revolves around, oh, nothing...just a bomb at an airport. But if anything can help you escape reality for an hour and a half, this quirky ensemble can. Just a taste: Jason Lee as a Fritos-loving hippie, Dennis Farina as a badass hit man (natch) and Stanley Tucci as one of the best jerks on film this year.
People constantly stumble into one another, wacky music plays and the plot twists like a Rube Goldberg invention as the crew attempts to nab the explosive before it goes ka-boom. Good thing director Barry Sonnenfeld (Get Shorty) knows how to corral zaniness like this. Horrible twists of reality aside, Trouble is some big, dumb fun.
