Besides her famous floral look by Givenchy in 2013, the star was also pregnant when she rocked her feathered, nearly nude Roberto Cavalli dress in 2015.
Dressing for a baby bump may not be easy, but Kim K is hardly the only celeb to go to the Met Gala pregnant.
