The Kardashian and Jenner family had two reasons to celebrate Wednesday.

The family held a small party at home to celebrate the return of Kanye West, who checked out of a hospital after spending more than a week being treated for exhaustion, and also to mark an early first birthday for the rapper and wife Kim Kardashian's son Saint West, who will turn 1 next week, E! News has learned exclusively.

The group enjoyed cake and doughnuts, a source said.

Kanye had checked himself into UCLA Medical Center on Nov. 21 for evaluation after suffering from exhaustion and sleep deprivation just hours after cancelling the remainder of his Saint Pablo tour without notice. The cancellation followed his onstage rant about Beyoncé, Jay Z and politics at a concert in Sacramento, which he also cut short.

Kanye has not commented on his hospitalization or medical condition. The rapper will now continue his treatment on an outpatient basis.

Saint and his big sister North West, 3, "are very happy and don't really have any idea what's happening with their dad," another source had told E! News.

"Kanye came home for several reasonsSaint and North being one," the source added.

Another source had told E! News recently that Kim stayed by Kanye's side while he was hospitalized. The reality star had recently gone through a traumatizing ordeal of her own—she was robbed at gunpoint in Paris last month and has since kept away from the spotlight.

"[Kim and Kanye] both have been through a lot but are staying strong as a married couple and helping one another get back up," the source told E! News.
