Everyone, cool your jets.
Ben Higgins sent Bachelor nation into a tizzy during the most recent episode of his spin-off show with fiancée Lauren Bushnell, Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever After?, after telling her he wanted to call off the wedding.
"I feel like we have so much to figure out that it's hard for me at this point to really feel comfortable getting married," he told her on Tuesday's show.
She asked, "So you're saying the wedding is off?" To which he responded, "Yeah. I am."

But before you go fetch the tissues, Higgins made sure to clarify the couple's current status while ringing in the one-year anniversary of his proposal.
He took to Twitter to share a photo of the two all cuddled up while Facetiming his parents. "One year ago today I started my life with @LaurenBushnell3 and we are better today than ever before."
BOOM.
To give you further proof that they're doing just fine, Bushnell promised she was willing to wait however long Higgins needed in order to make sure he was 100-percent ready.
"If Ben needs a little more time to feel comfortable getting married, then he should really have it because in the end, it won't matter if this wedding's a little bit later," she said during the same episode.
Meanwhile, the two got engaged during the finale of The Bachelor season 20, which aired in March.
He got down on one knee and proposed with a gorgeous, 4.25-carat, platinum, square-cute halo-style ring by Neil Lane, which was estimated to cost around $95,000.
