Michael Stagliano has a whole lot to be thankful for today!
The former Bachelorette contestant and his wife Emily Stagliano welcomed their first child into the world, a bouncing baby boy named Bowen Michael Stagliano.
Michael took to Instagram to share a photo of the family-of-three as well as a sweet note about mom and baby.
"There certainly aren't words enough to describe how much this picture means to @emilystag and I, but here's my attempt," he wrote. "Bowen Michael Stagliano came a month early (he really wanted to hang out with us). He was born at 6:33am, and came into the world just as the sun was rising over the mountains through the window outside the delivery room."
"He and Mom are doing great!" Michael continued. "Because he got here early he's spending a few extra days in the NICU... and I can't...stop...smiling. He's doing well. We will bring him home on Saturday. Thanks for all the love and support for our little guy. #StagClan."
Meanwhile, the couple first announced their pregnancy in May, opening up to People magazine about the exciting news and how they shared it with friend and family.
"For our family, we did something a bit more special, but for our close friends, we've just been blindsiding them in conversation," he shared. "And the reactions are so great."

Emily also gushed about her doting hubby. "There have been many nights where Michael will voluntarily go out and get ice cream for us," she admitted. "He'll say, 'No no no, you stay here, I'll go out and get us some ice cream.' He's been very sweet."
The two tied the knot in 2014 in Chicago.
