Bachelor Nation, we have an early Halloween treat for you that is sweeter than any candy bar you'll receive this holiday season: your very first sneak peek at Nick from his season of The Bachelor.
E! News is exclusively debuting season 21's first promo for the two-time Bachelorette runner-up's debut as ABC's most eligible leading man, and a super-smiley Nick is looking very comfortable with that rose in his hand.
"The next scream you hear may be your own," the voice-over says, just before women begin screaming for their new Bach. (Is it audio from the big reveal on After Paradise back in August, perhaps?) "Happy Halloween!"
Nick's journey to find love kicks off in January, and it'll be his fourth attempt at finding love within the Bachelor franchise, after appearing in Andi Dorfman and Kaitlyn Bristowe's respective seasons of The Bachelorette, and Bachelor in Paradise season three, where he became a fan-favorite, leading to the shocking reveal that he would be the next Bachelor.
"I was very nervous, but it took me a couple of days. I told them I had to think about it," Nick, 35, said of taking over the role from Ben Higgins. "I didn't have a lot of time to think about it because they didn't ask me too long ago. But it took me a couple of days."
As we all know, his list of pros was a little bit longer than his list of cons. "It's a huge responsibility, but it's obviously an amazing opportunity, so ultimately, I accepted," he explained.
And we're so glad he did.
Nick's season of The Bachelor will premiere January 2017 on ABC.
