Ever since Kanye West dropped his "Fade" music video during the 2016 MTV VMAs, two questions have echoed among fans and viewers: Who in the world is Teyana Taylor and how in the world do I get that body?!

Well, we're sure you've come to learn all about Teyana over the last couple of months as her name has been a recurring theme in media coverage following the video's release. But as for her workouts, she's played pretty coy...until now.

The dancer just announced that she's created an entire fitness program based upon "Fade" and dedicated to the workouts she endured to get her body toned after giving birth to her daughter, Iman Tayla Shumpert Jr., in December.

She took to Instagram to share a video in promotion of the "Fade 2 Fitness" program, featuring Teyana in similar clothes from the music video with oil covering her incredibly toned body.

"I'm proud to FINALLYYYYYY announce FADE 2 FITNESS!!!" she wrote. "Everyone, please check out the link in my bio! Sign up to stay updated on upcoming dance workouts and behind the scenes footage of my workout choreography that I did to get back in shape after having baby Junie! DONT SLEEP ON DANCE!! The new year is AROUND THE CORNER so sign up, Submit and dance with me to 2 Get Fit!!!"

The program's website says the workouts include dance routines and workouts you can do right in your living room. It also promises to be safe for pregnant women.

"Everyone keeps asking me what I did to get my body," Teyana writes on the website. "If you want to know my secret, sign up to get more information on the upcoming dance fitness program and dance workout tour! Thank you and let's Fade 2 Fit."

In August, Teyana spoke to E! News about her fitness routine and reiterated at the time that she feels dance is so underrated as a workout.

"Dancing is my workout. I just dance. I almost feel like dance is so underrated in the fitness world," she said.

In fact, a source told us she dances off all the junk food she typically eats. "Eating healthy is not her thing," the insider dished. "She is the kind of girl that eats donuts and candy for breakfast. She just doesn't gain weight."

Sounds we definitely need to give that routine a try!
