Watch: Who Should Kill Negan on "The Walking Dead"?

Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) is here. He's in charge on The Walking Dead now and he made his mark by taking out not one, but two fan-favorite characters. Now one of those characters has a few ideas on who should dispatch of the new arrival. Spoiler alert!

"I want to see somebody unexpected to take out Negan," Michael Cudlitz told E! News after the season seven premiere.

Cudlitz's Abraham and Steven Yeun's Glenn were killed by Negan, new cast addition Morgan, in the season seven premiere. Negan will likely stick around for a while—comic spoiler alert—because he's still alive and kicking in the series from Robert Kirkman and Charlie Adlard.

So who should it be? Not Maggie, according to Cudlitz. "I want Maggie to get healthy and have a baby," he said. We'll give you a moment to gasp when you think about Maggie (Lauren Cohan) having a baby without her beloved Glenn.

"Carol would be obvious, it wouldn't be bad, it would just be obvious," he said. "Carol [Melissa McBride] just saves the day. It's like, ‘Oh it's obvious Carol's a badass and she killed him.'"

But he doesn't want it to be an accidental death like Beth (Emily Kinney).

"I want somebody to talk him out," Cudlitz said.
