Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the latest royalty to join Scream Queens season two: Kirstie Alley, who is joining the cast as a series regular alongside fellow newcomers John Stamos, Taylor Lautner and James Earl.

The Scream Queens action moves from a college campus to a hospital, where the returning cast—including Jamie Lee Curtis, Emma Roberts, Lea Michele, Abigail Breslin, Keke Palmer, Billie Lourd, Glen Powell and Niecy Nash—will face a new funny/scary mystery.

Alley will play a "brilliant and devious administrator" at the C.U.R.E. Institute, an institution where the most fascinating and bizarre medical cases are observed.

The actress is no stranger to television, obviously, most recently having guest-starred on ABC's The Middle, TV Land's Hot in Cleveland, and Will Arnett's Netflix comedy Flaked. Her TV Land sitcom Kirstie ran for one season from 2013-2014, and her satire Fat Actress, where she played a fictional version of herself, aired on Showtime in 2005. Veronica's Closet ran from 1997-2000, and, of course, her stint on Cheers lasted from 1987 to 1993.

"Right away we get into some romance on the show," Stamos teased to our own Erin Lim when the cast stopped by the E! News Comic-Con suite in July.

Saturday Night Live star Cecily Strong and your favorite Arrow and Teen Wolf vet Colton Haynes also guest star this season. "When they got there it just made sense," Roberts told us of Stamos and Lautner joining. "It's like six degrees of separation on Scream Queens. We all know each other in some weird way, which is so fun."

Scream Queens season two premieres Tuesday, Sept. 20 at 9 p.m. on Fox.
