Paula is worried about Rebecca in the first trailer for Crazy Ex Girlfriend season two—ad, frankly, so are we.
When we last saw Rebecca Bunch (Rachel Bloom), she had finally gotten back together with her teenage love, Josh Chan (Vincent Rodriguez III), only to confess the truth she'd been hiding all year: that yes, she did relocate to lovely West Covina, Calif. from New York City for him. And while that seems like it would be an insurmountable obstacle in the Rebecca-Josh relationship, from the clips of the pair makin' out in the trailer we can tell that it's not entirely a deal breaker.
"I am so worried about you," Paula (Donna Lynne Champlin) says.
Hey, Paula, don't think we forgot about what you did (you know, the GPS tracker in Josh's mom's car, blackmailing Valencia's boss to make yoga class schedules, casual stuff like that).

Press play on the video above for the whole crazy trailer, which also includes clips of Rebecca dressed as a hamster, a cactus, and an old-timey movie usher, and a shot of what appears to be Greg (Santino Fontana) punching someone in the face. The upside to all the crazy drama: it'll make one excellent season.
"In some ways the season is everything we've wanted to do with the show because now Rebecca is more open about why she's in West Covina and what she wants out of life," creator and star Bloom told E! News last month. "She's a little closer on the road to finding happiness, which may or may not include Josh Chan."
Crazy Ex Girlfriend season two premieres Friday, Oct. 21 at 9 p.m. on The CW.
