Teyana Taylor won the Internet with her #bodygoals at the VMA's last night, so it's no surprise she's the meme of the day. No one in the history of the VMA's has motivated the entire world to purchase a gym membership quite like TT did during Kanye West's "Fade" video. In fact, some of you are probably reading this on the elliptical right now. You're not alone. The entire Internet feels just as fired up to work out as you do and they have the memes to prove it. No need to cry into your cup of kale juice and side of ice cubes. Even though T says she does "lazy workouts," and credits genetics for her abs (sorry everyone), we can still dream, right? Let these memes give you comfort as you push through your workout. Did we mention she just had a baby?
If you're not into cleanses and diets, don't even worry about it. Teyana isn't about that life either. In a 2014 interview with DJ Duffey from VLAD TV, TT tells it like it is. "Let me put it like this: At some point, Little Debbie was sending me boxes of cakes. I always tell my mom I'm allergic to vegetables. I'm real funny. Like, if I can't pronounce it or spell it, I won't eat it. I'm more of a fried chicken, baked macaroni—I eat everything. I don't eat healthy at all," she notes. So you're saying if we just eat Zebra Cakes and KFC all day, we'll be fine? Probs not, as it looks like Teyana really does just have amazing genes, considering her abs bounced back only SIX days after giving birth to little Iman Tayla Shumpert Jr.

Okay, but where's the fried chicken and baked macaroni? We were told there was to be fried chicken and baked macaroni.
