Real Estate Week, Theme Week

Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici Lowe are not only new parents to their baby boy Samuel—who they welcomed into the world in July—but they're also new homeowners of a gorgeous, contemporary-style house that they bought just four months ago.

E! News caught up with the season 17 Bachelor couple at their home in Dallas where they chatted about parenthood, their partnership with Dreft and revealed Samuel's cozy, chic Nursery.

"Our style is contemporary, comfortable," Sean told E! News while welcoming us into his home. "We want a house that's sleek and cool, but at the same time, we want it to feel lived in."

Catherine noted that Sean had originally found the home online. "We saw this house and the next day we visited it, and I was like, 'I have to have this house,'" she recalled. "I didn't see one problem with it. It was turnkey. I fell in love with it. We're very blessed with this house."

One of the things the couple loves the most about the home is the open concept in which the kitchen flows right into the dining room and the living room. They love to entertain and the layout gives them the perfect space to do so.

They also absolutely adore the nursery, which Catherine described as a "dream." They designed it to reflect their own contemporary taste, and since they didn't know the gender of the baby, they used neutral colors like white and grey.

"My favorite part is the wallpaper because I made it specifically for baby Samuel," Catherine revealed. "It has irreverent, witty sayings but really geared towards motherhood."

The wallpaper reads sentiments like "Sweet Child of Mine," "Nip/Suck" and even, "Will you accept these toes?"

The new mama also explains her biggest task she's taken on after Samuel's arrival: laundry!

"I didn't do laundry very much, but now that we have a baby, it's non-stop laundry," she admitted. "But we are so grateful to be with Dreft who supplies the best detergent."
