Kate del Castillo and Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán Loera's names keep making headlines together.
This Monday, five men and Jesús Alfredo Guzmán (El Chapo's son) were kidnapped at a high-end resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Authorities confirmed to Telemundo that they found the photo, of the actress with the infamous drug lord's son, in a phone left behind at the scene.
The picture, which police could not confirm its date, shows the actress smiling and posing with Jesús.

Denise Maerker, the host of radio show Atando Cabos, published the viral image of the two, that many speculate dates back to the famous secret interview between Sean Penn, El Chapo, and del Castillo.
This January, Penn published an online piece in Rolling Stone about his meeting with the infamous drug lord. The actor presented an in-depth article that detailed his quest to organize a conversation with one of the world's most wanted men.
Jalisco's state prosecutor, Eduardo Alamguer, said during a press conference that they were able to confirm that the infamous drug lord's son and five other men received a surprise attack and were kidnapped at gunpoint during a celebratory dinner.
