The romance rumor mill continues spinning as Ariel Winter spends more time with Sterling Beaumon.
While the pair haven't come out as an official couple yet, the 18-year-old actress has been spotted out and about with her 21-year-old rumored beau several times over the last few months. In fact, an insider tells E! News Winter brought Beaumon as her date to Variety's Power of Young Hollywood party on Tuesday night.
The Modern Family star—who gave a speech about her involvement with the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles—arrived right before 8 p.m. with Beaumon and one of their guy friends. Though she walked into the event with her publicist as he hung back with the friend, she waited by the door until he came in.
"They were together the whole night," our source explained. "Anytime she would walk away to socialize with someone, he would follow. It was obvious he was her date."
However, the insider said the pair made it a point to not show any PDA. "They seemed like they were being very careful not to and were trying to play it off."
Nonetheless, they ended up leaving together at the end of the night.
In July, Winter—who confirmed her split from longtime boyfriend Laurent Claude Gaudette last month—was spotted with her rumored beau once again at the SkySpace Launch Party, stopping to pose for a photograph with their arms around each other.
An eyewitness told E! News at the time, "The two arrived at the SkySpace LA event together and left together. They were seen hanging out all night and it seemed like they were more than just friends. They were definitely very flirty and always close to each other."
Meanwhile, E! News' Carissa Culner also caught up Winter's Modern Family co-star, Nolan Gould, at the event. He got to chatting with us about their relationship and the haters that have recently been trolling her on social media.
"That's really awful what she's going through," Gould told us. "I think Ariel is such a strong individual. She doesn't even need me to tell her. She's already got it handled, but if she ever does, I'm always there for her. She's just like my big sister. Whatever she wants to talk about, I'm always there."
Winter touched on the subject during her guest-hosting gig on The Talk last month.
"When I got my tattoos—I have 5 now—and every time I post about getting a tattoo, every single person on the face of the planet has something to say about it. 'You shouldn't be getting tattoos because you're ruining your body. How dare you destroy yourself even more? You were pretty and a nice person and now you're just trash,'" she shared.
"I mean, people say everything on the face of the planet to me about everything I do. And it just really, it can destroy a person and I also think it's disgusting what people spend their time on," she continued. "You're sitting behind a computer, you don't have the guts to say it to my face, but you have the time and energy to shame and hurt somebody on the computer, and that just show how little respect you have for other people and how people spend their time."
