Keshia Knight Pulliam has made her move when it comes to her divorce from Ed Hartwell.

The Cosby Show star responded to her ex's divorce filing yesterday in a Fulton County Superior Court, and asks the court to grant her all the property and assets acquired before and during their marriage, as well as their Atlanta home.

The documents, obtained by E! News, state that the 36-year-old star "be awarded, on a temporary and permanent basis, the exclusive use and possession of the residence where she currently resides," along with "all of the assets that she acquired during the parties' short term marriage, which relate and result from her work and efforts."

Pulliam does state that any and all marital property and marital assets "be equitably divided by the court."

Additionally, the actress' court filing states that she "admits only the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation," and also made a point to note that there is a child on the way.

"Respondent further shows the Court that while there are no children currently born of this marriage, one is expected."

Less than seven months after secretly marrying each other, and less than a week after announcing the two are expecting their first child together, the professional athlete filed for divorce from the actress. Hartwell also reportedly requested that Keshia take a paternity test.

During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Pulliam stated that they almost split before because of infidelity. "In the process, I found out I was pregnant. And I had to take another hard look and decide if I wanted to try to work through this and forgive him for the sake of the child. Like, I had divorce papers ready. I presented it to him...Once I was pregnant I did decide to give him that one last chance."

She continued, "The part that hurt me the most when he filed for divorce was that he had asked me to give him another chance, and I was willing to do that and forgive him, for our family."

The star also reassures that she's carrying his baby, and says, "If we don't want to be married, that's fine, because we agree on that. But this baby is what's important, and I feel like that's being lost."
