Maybe it isn't too late to say sorry.

Only a couple of days after Justin Bieber abruptly announced he was done taking photos with fans, the Biebs has gone and undone all that by doing the one thing he said he wouldn't—snapping a selfie with a fan. Bieber is hanging out in Boston these days thanks to his Purpose World Tour, and after his concert at the TD Garden Wednesday night, he stopped by STRIP by Strega.

The "Love Yourself" crooner sat by himself for an hour while drinking a Jack and Coke, a source tells E! News. He was very friendly with the restaurant's patrons and shook the hand of the owner and snapped a selfie with the manager, Jimmy Sala. Before heading out, Biebs chatted with a couple in their sixties and waved goodbye to everyone.

Although he made a good impression at the restaurant, another source tells E! News that Bieber's drinking is starting to take a toll. "It's definitely not a good sign," the insider tells us. "People are worried."

Bieber was also spotted late last night at Storyville nightclub, where he partied hard with bar patrons. At one point he walked on top of the bar to make his way through the crowd, taking shots of tequila along the way. Based on the pictures all across social media, it seems like he didn't mind having his picture taken there, either.

The fan who spurred Bieber's sudden decision to stop all photos, Kailyn, participated in an interview with radio station Mix 104.1 Boston to explain what happened. "I got really excited because I couldn't believe it was really [Justin], so my first instinct was ‘I need to give him a hug', so I walked over and I gave him a hug," she recalled.

"I put my phone up and he didn't like that...The security guard said, ‘You shouldn't do that without asking first.'"

Even though he would later express how upset he was at the situation, Bieber didn't seem that mad at the time. "I feel bad. I didn't think he'd get mad about it, but he did," she shared. "After I gave him the hug, he still talked to me. He got over it quickly and still talked to us after the incident."

Still, she felt remorseful. "I'm sorry, Justin...I'm sorry that I upset you. I didn't mean to cause you anything this big," she said. "I had no idea—I was just very excited to see you."
