Kristin Cavallari isn't messing around!

Only five months after giving birth, the Laguna Beach star is not only modeling, she's appearing in bikinis. The mom of three has gotten back into pre-baby shape after welcoming daughter Saylor James in November. Posing for a photo shoot for Modeliste magazine, Cavallari stuns in a black Agent Provocateur monokini with cut outs and gold heels.

The photo shoot took place in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, earlier this month, and the former MTV star took to Instagram to honor it as a Flashback Friday post. Wearing a nude strapless gown, the Balancing in Heels author proved she stuns no matter what she's wearing. "Flashback to the jungle a couple days ago shooting the cover of @modelistemagazine #FBF #JungleFever," she captioned the pic.

Although she's in incredible shape now, Kristin revealed in her new book that she wasn't always the healthiest. "Beyond the food itself, my eating habits were equally damaging. I would be super-strict for 5 days, then binge eat for 2," she wrote.

"During the week, I tried to stay around 1,800 calories a day and would be hungry and unsatisfied most of the time. Then the weekend came, and it was a free-for-all."

She also shared that she used to be a big fan of fad diets.

"You name it, I've done it: the Zone Diet, no-carb diet, grapefruit diet. There was even one period when I would eat a block of cheese and justify it by saying I was on the Atkins diet. Ha!" she writes. "But primarily, as early as high school, I thought that depriving myself of certain foods (sweets and carbs) and limiting calories would result in the body of my dreams."

It took her getting pregnant with her first son, Camden, to change her ways. Now she avoids cow's milk, GMOs, artificial sweeteners, MSG, synthetic dyes, added colors and more. On her good list, however, is spelt, brown rice, oat flower, fruit, almond milk, almond butter, peanut butter, chia seeds and more healthy foods.

It looks like her new lifestyle is working!
