What's in a name? Well, you're about to find out!

E! News exclusively confirmed that Anne Hathaway and husband Adam Shulman welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Jonathan Rosebanks Shulman.

So, you may ask, where did their son's unique middle name come from? It seems as though it's a combination of names from both side of the newborn's family.

Anne's paternal grandfather was named Roseline, while Adam's mother's maiden name was Banks.

To add to the mix, Adam's middle name is also Banks. So they're keeping it in the family!

Hathaway gave birth to her little one on March 24, and currently is "surrounded by friends and family in L.A.," a source tells E! News.

"The baby is extremely healthy," our insider added. "Anne and Adam are ecstatic to be parents."

Before giving birth, a separate source close to the couple told us that the timing was just right to start their family.

"Adam has been really helpful and is so excited on the baby. Adam and Anne are doing great as a couple and this whole baby process is a bonding experience for them both. 'One baby at a time,' she says but she would not mind one more after this."

The new parents tied the knot in a romantic ceremony in front of close friends and family in Big Sur, Calif., in Sept. of 2012.

The two started dating in late 2008 after meeting through mutual friends and by November 2011 Shulman had popped the question.

Congratulations!
