Bachelor Nation, it's already time to meet your new Bachelorette.

Though JoJo Fletcher was left devastated in The Bachelor's finale, when Ben Higgins sent her home and proposed to Lauren Bushnell, it seems like the runner-up is ready to move on as she's officially been named the next Bachelorette!

Chris Harrison announced the news during the After the Final Rose special on Monday night, with JoJo on hand to talk about her new gig as ABC's new leading lady (as well as face Ben for the first time since he broke up with her).

One of viewers' favorites from the beginning, JoJo was also a favorite among former Bachelor and Bachelorette stars, including recent bride Jade Roper. "I think JoJo would make an amazing Bachelorette. She's so sexy and cool and outgoing," Jade told E! News at her wedding, saying "all of the men" love the 24-year-old real estate developer.

JoJo's storyline during Ben's season was a compelling one, with her unfaithful ex-boyfriend (Shout-out to Chad!) attempting to win her back during her hometown visit via an emotional letter left on her doorstep, and her two overprotective brothers almost derailing her relationship with the Bachelor. (It'll be fun to see if the polarizing duo make an appearance during her season of The Bachelorette to try and intimidate her suitors!) But the most shocking moment of all was when Ben told both JoJo and Lauren that he loved them, a first in the franchise's history.

While second runner-up Caila Quinn was initially believed to be producers' top pick for the Bachelorette gig, it looks like they had a last-minute change of heart. For her part, Caila was definitely open to becoming the Bachelorette when E! News chatted with her at the Women Tell All taping. "Because I fell in love before I could see myself falling in love again, so yes, I would consider it," Caila told us when we asked if she would consider becoming the one to hand out the roses. "But I definitely need to take a deep breather for myself and kind of take some me time."

ABC has yet to announce the premiere date for The Bachelorette
