If Alicia Vikander's 2016 Golden Globes or SAGs dresses didn't already tell you on a subliminal level, let us make it clear: Woman is here to win the red carpet.

Most of Alicia's ensembles have been impeccable—with perfect tailoring, featuring both high-fashion design houses and indie names and unexpected takes on typical glam fashion (yes, we're talking about you, mermaid dress). If the beauty has her eye on the Oscar prize, then her wardrobe choices are definitely showing it.

In fact, her journey to the Academy Awards has been pretty informative about her personal style. While we weren't too familiar with the actress before The Danish Girl, we can now gather that she's comfortable in classic silhouettes. As much as she has a liking for feminine frocks, oftentimes there's an edgy undertone, in the form of a backless dress, color-blocked sequins or an off-the-shoulder neckline.

We know Alicia really likes Louis Vuitton as well. Will the actress wear the brand to the Oscars? Will the label poach her as the face of their next campaign? Consult her Style File to see more award-winning looks.
