Comedian Carol Burnett was honored at the 22nd Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards for her five decades in the industry, and though she accepted her award on stage in heels, her red carpet look was everything.
The 82-year-old actress paired her green and black ensemble with some casual bedroom slippers, which appear to be UGGs.
Because it is totally possible to look fashionable and be comfortable.
When you get to Carol Burnett status, you can make your own rules.
No one said you can't be super-chill at an award show.
Most of us watch TV shows or movies in our pajamas anyway—stars should be able to celebrate like that, too.
Besides, the legendary star didn't go full Woody Harrelson at the Mockingjay—Part 2 press tour... she just went bedroom chic for the footwear.
Instead of being the lady taking her heels off at the after-party, we're thinking Carol should start the trend of slippers for the pre-game and heels for the big part of the night.
We're definitely taking notes.
