Broadway star and Supergirl actor Jeremy Jordan brought down the house at the Hollywood Palladium during Sunday evening's TrevorLIVE event with an epic mashup of some of our favorite Disney classics. Jordan kicked off the four-minute jam with a snippet from Aladdin's "One Jump Ahead" before mixing in our favorite ballads from Mulan, The Little Mermaid, Hunchback of Notre Dame and more!
The multi-talented singer also included a Newsies shout-out, which he starred in and received a Tony nomination for in 2012.
Joel McHale hosted the music, comedy and award show benefiting The Trevor Project, an organization focused on suicide prevention within the LGBTQ community.
Jazz Jennings was honored with the Youth Innovator Award. HBO's President of Programming Michael Lombardo and The Walt Disney Company were recognized for their advocacy work.
The cast of How to Get Away With Murder, Sarah Silverman, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Amy Adams and more celebs were also on hand to support the cause.
